Dragh is a lowly male Drow, rescued from the tortures of two noble Drow women by an unlikely group of adventurers. As a Dark Elf, he should have nothing in common with the righteous paladin of Pholtus the Sun God. Nor should he notice how extremely good she looks in a suit of shining armor.
So, that's all probably going to turn out just fine.

Summary
Nightmares plagued him of things he didn't quite understand. It had happened for years, for as long as he could remember. They would come and go as years passed by. Sitting dormant for what seemed like ages before reentering his mind.
He hated the nightmares. He hated the darkness. He hated the feeling of the unknown.
Not everything was under his control, nor was it under Tweek's. The universe had something different planned for each of them.
So when a phone call from Laura leads the two back to the town they grew up in things start to change. The world around them starts to shift and everything becomes a different version of its original appearance.
Craig is missing. Tweek is in the middle of the fog and something is coming for him and for Craig.
And it isn't anything good.

“Look,” Thorin said to Dwalin, after the halfling had miraculously survived a hundred foot fall and caught up with them after escaping a mountain full of ravenous goblins, the entire company had been cornered on a cliff by wargs and set fire to the trees they were on, Thorin himself had managed to avoid getting decapitated, and the whole lot of them had gotten an unexpected ride by oliphant-sized talking eagles. The halfling was still bubbling happily nearby, his stupidly beautiful eyes wide open and fawn-like. “Look,” Thorin said again, a little more firmly. “There’s something not right about all this.”
“Mahal, not this again,” said Dwalin.
