Summary
Mitsuru Tenji’s life used to be measured in millimeters and diopters. As an optician, he lived by a simple code: everyone deserves "Ten-ni"—the perfect 2.0 vision. He never expected to be practicing his trade in the middle of a pre-industrial wasteland where the "Eye of Insight" is a bloodline trait and "vision" is usually something people die for.
Dropped into a remote, neutral trade town far from the active skirmishes of the Uchiha and Senju clans, Mitsuru doesn't try to be a hero. He just tries to be useful. The work is excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and the medical details themselves
But I can't continue reading because of the increasing cruelty from the main character. With each subsequent chapter, it becomes more difficult because of the heavy heart -

Or: SI/OC isekais into the Narutoverse as a 10 year old orphan with no knowledge of canon, a half finished degree in psychology, and a very valid fear of dying considering his current career track.
