“What the hell was that incantation you spat earlier?” Miles asks.
Phoenix’s lips twitch.
“Limp Bizkit,” he answers. And then he adds, desperate, “Please say it. Please, Miles. For me.”
Miles cringes. But, behold, he parts his lips and delivers a beautiful, beautiful:
“Limp biscuit.”
And the laugh this provides Phoenix carries him all the way into the royal blue sky that stretches across the afternoon, where Truce calls him up and he can finally give her the news. Calm, clinical:
“I’m stuck in the land of shit and honey with Miles Edgeworth. Hold down the fort for me.”

(In Florida for a legal conference, Phoenix and Miles find their flight home cancelled courtesy of a hurricane churning through the panhandle, and thus decide to take a little road trip.)

"It was nighttime and the grave keeper was in his house, didn't get a good look Claimed the beast was terrifying to hear though Sounded huge and left as quick as it came"
That's already his cue but Talon wasn't done talking
"Also some guy was in the graveyard with the beast"
This is really his cue to do something
"What'd he look like?" Thinking of his dream
"Don't know Thou 'parently he had quite the mouth. Say he'd screamed and swore something fierce before running off"
Yup Malon gave a quiet but knowing look He wasn't going to be around for a while Time to dust off his armour and weapons
My take on the Chain's first meeting You know how most first meetings have them go from era to era picking them up Well if you reread the start it's highly implied what happened is that 8 of them came through a portal and ended up in Time's era Where he had to go find and round up
