Summary
Miss Petunia Evans of number six, Church Street, liked to believe that she was perfectly normal, thank you, Lily. She was to be the last girl involved in anything strange or stupid, mostly because she just didn’t put up with that sort of nonsense.
She’d given up on fairy tales and heroes from far off lands coming to whisk her away. There were no such things as trolls or dragons or old mysterious men that would dispense wisdom and, she was positive, no magic. She often rolled her eyes when her sister, Lily, would come babbling to her about how she could use magic. She supposedly made strange things happen like kettles singing along to Mary Poppins or turning Andrew’s hair grey when he called her a freak.
But Petunia? She wasn’t strange in any way, surely.

(Or: What happens when the most aggressively normal woman in Britain has to accept that she's a witch, and her long-suffering wizard nephew has to teach her how to stop accidentally turning her kitchen appliances into a musical ensemble.)

Summary
The summer after fourth year, Harry is stuck at the Dursley's. He is plagued by nightmares and his control is slipping. When he receives a note from Gringotts, he learns about a series of magical blocks that had been put on him. After learning about the light's betrayal, he starts down a darker path. Luckily for him, Ron and Hermione stick by his side-through hell and heaven.
What happens when the light realizes the trio has switched sides? What happens when Harry realizes that he wants the Dark Lord? Does the Golden Trio come out on top of this war, or do they fall with the rest?
