PS: you do not need to know what the long dark is to read this fic. i use the game as a base to build off of and reference a few things that exist in the world but that’s about it. everything that is weird is explained. if you’re still confused you can google a summary and it should explain everything you need to know :)

Shouto turned to look at whatever had made Midoriya gasp and found him holding an All Might plushie.
“Where were you hiding this?” He delicately held up the toy. “I’ve never seen one like it before!”
Shouto shrugged. “Everyone in my family has a plushie of their favorite hero. I usually don’t have it, but Fuyumi gave it back to me when I moved into the dorms. I keep it behind the drawers in my dresser.”
Midoriya frowned slightly. “Why did Fuyumi have it if it’s yours?”
Shouto raised an eyebrow. “She and Touya had the safest rooms in the house.”

“Do,” Touya pinches his lips sealed. Taking a deep breath, he asks, “Do you mean cinnamon?”
“Oh, is that what it is?”
“You’re bullshitting me. Tell me you’re bullshitting me.” Keigo blinks innocently back at him. “On second thought, put me under the jail. I don’t want this job.”
