It was an honest mistake for Kaeya’s part and to him it is his fault to begin with, who in their right mind would confess his love towards his brother, he was young and stupid, putting it in the already strain relationship he had with his ‘brother’, he for some reason revealed to him, his brother who is mourning for the great loss of their father that ‘he’ was a spy, planted in Mondstat to see everything, suffice to say a sword and a claymore was summon that day.
