Summary
The world is entirely new, but old wounds still remain. Ash has had very little chance to properly grieve the perceived loss of her brother, and the actual loss of their partner. Its a new start, but he still has lot to learn, about how to stay, how to heal, how to have a home, to have a family, to lose a part of yourself and keep going, how to keep loving after that.
Its not easy, no one ever said it would be, as they say, it takes a village.
And just maybe, she can learn how to rely on hers.
