Summary
Otto Anderson wasn't expecting to take on the reins of the Azur Lane, but after a multitude of Commanders had cycled through and either died on the job, got too handsy with the Kansen or had mental breaks from the constant stress and attacks, he found himself thrust into the position. Still, it wasn't all bad. His long-time friend, Doctor Ami Anzeel, was also stationed on base. And that made their situationship much easier to maintain. But forces unseen conspire all around them. Some would benefit them, others would hinder. But all of them would have to contend with the quiet resolve of the Commander of the Azur Lane and the Good Doctor.

Summary
In the far north, in the Magical City of Äußerst, a pair of First-Class Mages prepare for this year's intake. Though Sense is confident that this year there will be success, her companion throughout life isn't so sure, viewing the exams proposed by their colleagues as barbaric at best. But this is the least of the Association's concerns, to be frank. Who makes it to First-Class and who doesn't matters little when the current crop of Mages holding that lofty title are impossible to work alongside. However, these two Mages, together since they were children, are not only able to work together, but they do it regularly. Even with something between them, something unspoken, but felt by all who interact with them. Now, if they could only admit that to each other, the rest of the Association could finally stop going mad with gossip. Because there is Love in the Rains.

There is a story told in the Fire Nation, passed from the Fire Sages to their children, that the brightest stars in the sky are cousins of Agni—spirits who wandered into the dark so they might forever share their light when he rests. Some say they are spirits even more powerful than Agni himself. Others recount tales of exile, claiming they were cast from his side for being too volatile to remain in the world.
But all Fire Sages agree on two things.
The brightest stars die faster than the rest.
And every one of them burns a deep, furious blue.
When Azula is born, the stars themselves weep for her.

Jinshi has promised Maomao something—he would remove every obstacle to be together with her. He would become a commoner for her. But the more he tries to find a way to escape his fate, the more he seems to have a noose around his neck that threatens him to be trapped forever.
Maomao has always been good in appearing unbothered and ignoring the obvious around her to keep her neck safe. But now she gradually has to learn that she cannot be ignorant anymore, especially when it comes to her own feelings and wishes.

Summary
Spiegel, a monster of myth. Said to be able to make near perfect replicas of anyone in it's range. Something it had done for millennia. Never varying in it's methods, never changing as it used it's clones to kill the originals.
At least until it met Frieren and decided it had no way to win. So it made some changes, tinkered a little bit and, in hindsight I still agree with the conclusion I came to as a 'newborn'.
Sentience was a mistake.
