“Is that so?” Neal teased back. “Well, we can’t let you have all the fun.” And with that, he promptly laid down, setting the pillow on Peter’s lap and resting his head atop it.

Set during S01E05: Together. After defeating the Nuclear Family at the motel, Dick decides that Rachel and Gar’s safety is more important than confronting members of the secret organization. So, rather than confronting Dr. Adamson (like in canon), Dick takes everyone on a very long road trip to try and lose the organization. Basically just Kory (and the kids) trying to convince Dick to sleep and Dick outright refusing because he's worried their enemies will catch up to them.
