Sanji panted openly now. Everything felt hot all of a sudden. Why was he angry? He shook his head, trying to shake whatever this unevenness was; it was like the world was tilting on its axis. Why couldn’t he get a grip? He had fought so many battles; why was he suddenly losing his shit this time? Sweat gathered at his brow. Suddenly, the bags in his arms were weighing on him; he couldn’t do this.
He wants to set the bags down, but the roaches are sure to swarm if they find food. He could feel dozens pass around and over his shoes, their weight light but unsettling in a way that made Sanji want to scream. Diable jambe had never felt so good as in that moment when he needed the disgusting bugs GONE.

Summary
Zoro, Luffy, Usopp, and Sanji are all college students. After class, Luffy drags Zoro and Usopp to meet his friend who works at a very fine restaurant and makes yummy food. At the same time, that friend is on his way to the restaurant after his class ended. Zoro isn't paying attention and is almost hit by a car but Luffy yanks him back in time. It's an odd occurrence that another someone is so distracted that he steps into traffic without looking and that's how he ends up in the hospital.
