Summary
Something is haunting the galleries of Trazyn the Infinite. It starts with a single medal disappearing and then reappearing out of place. Soon time itself is starting to crumble around the galleries, and unfortunately enough Trazyn knows exactly who to ask for help; Orikan the Diviner, the last Seer of the Necrontyr.
Though Trazyn's galleries give him a headache even on the best of days, Orikan agrees to help; partially out of curiosity, partially because if something were to destroy the galleries, he'd definitely want to have the first row seat.
Becoming trapped outside time inside the galleries is not the kind of thing that would mend the fraught relationship between the two ancient scholars. Unfortunately that is exactly what happens.

Horus' Justaerin guard resolved into focus around him, black armor embellished with horns and spikes and blasphemous symbols that hurt Sanguinius to look at.
"Or," Horus continued, and the Legionaries vanished into the mists of warp space as Horus leaned close into him. "You can stay here, with me, and be my treasured pet." Horus' talon scratched Sanguinius' head gently, as though he were a dog, and he placed a soft kiss on his brother's forehead.
