    Summary

Midtown Tech burns down during the second week of school. Faced with all of the students having to transfer to other schools for the rest of the year, including Peter, Tony decides to offer the first three floors of Stark Tower (which are mostly empty because they were being renovated) to Midtown. That way his kid won’t have to transfer schools and lose his friends.

    OR

Mr. Morita asks Tony why he’s doing this, and Tony says it’s for his kid, but doesn’t specify who that is. A fun fic with mostly outsider POV’s and some angst. Does this count as a Peter’s Field Trip To Stark Industries story? I don’t know. Is it outlandish? Absolutely.

“Where’s Peter?” Tony questioned Ned, clearly having put two and two together that they were here and Peter wasn’t.

    “He, uh, he’s sick?”

“I’m going to ask one more time and I'd strongly consider not lying. Where. Is. Peter.”

Or: Peter misses a field trip to go after the gang Tony specifically told him to leave alone. Unfortunately for him, the trip is to Stark Tower and Tony is one pissed off father-figure.

    Summary

Peter hadn't talked to Mr. Stark since battling the Avengers in Germany, three months ago. Which wouldn't be a problem, except that his class was now taking a field trip to Stark Industries, and he still didn't actually have an internship. Not to mention both Mr. Stark and Happy had been ignoring him.

Things were going disastrously— as expected— but at least the employees in one of the R&D labs seemed grateful for his help in solving one of their problems.

Then his day gets somehow weirder when Mr. Stark offers him an actual internship. Oh, how quickly things change.

OR: Peter's field trip to Stark Industries, except set in the time frame between Civil War and the start of Homecoming.

ft. Peter being a smart little shit, Tony being begrudgingly impressed, and Happy being annoyed per usual.

    Summary

When brilliance is your secret, everyone assumes it’s a lie.

Peter never wanted the spotlight, especially not at Stark Industries. At fifteen, he’s already working in Tony Stark’s personal lab, designing tech that could change the world. But no one at school knows that… and he’d like to keep it that way.

Then Midtown’s top students are awarded a once-in-a-lifetime field trip to Stark Tower. Peter’s worst nightmare comes true: his classmates, his teachers, and a group of bitter senior interns discover he’s not just a visitor, he belongs there. And they refuse to believe it.

Mockery turns to humiliation. Rumors become threats to his future. And the very people who should protect him stand by and watch.

But Peter Parker isn’t alone. Tony Stark sees everything. And Tony Stark doesn’t let anyone tear down his kid.

When the truth comes out, careers end, reputations crumble, and Peter learns that family isn’t just the people you’re born with. It’s the ones who show up, stand up, and never let you forget what you’re worth.
