Summary
Mona has her eyes on an astrology book that would need to be delivered to Mondstatd, something that ups its cost considerably. That isn't new and she's used to paying the price for her research, but she wouldn't mind getting it for a lot cheaper this time around.
When her solutions to that problem (and two people whose constellations she has been secretly researching) literally drop from the sky due to a nighttime glide around the city, she can't say no to the possibility of joining them in a new journey.
