Something along the lines of ‘this sucks’, ‘that sucks’, ‘you suck’ were common as Vil went through each member in the line for an audition of a high level routine to compete with. He would read off his notes as he walked by each.“You, Jamil, have wasted potential and aren't doing enough with your evident skills,” Vil said with enough sharpness to cut the air out of lungs.

“Ukyo, are you ok with sharing body heat? It's the only option now,” he said. He would’ve just wrapped his arms around Ukyo, trying to warm him up earlier, but he needed to check.
Ukyo nodded. “Yeah I’m fine with it. But we need to do it sooner rather than later.”

“Don’t go down too deep, just come back up if it's far down and we’ll figure something out,” Ukyo said. Ryusui nodded, then went under.
Gen rested his chin in his hand and turned to face Ukyo. “By the way, what's with you always mentioning to not go too deep? It’s sensible of course, but still a habit. Any reason in particular?” he asked curiously in his normal fashion.
“Oh, I didn’t notice. But you are right. I’ve had the habit since before the petrification,” Ukyo replied.
