Summary
Dance classes were a hellhole of insults from Vil, auditions were worse, and you’d be able to remember each glued in your mind. And compliments, or half compliments? You’re never shaking those words as much as you want to ignore them or not care; sometimes it would be in the veil of an insult.

Something along the lines of ‘this sucks’, ‘that sucks’, ‘you suck’ were common as Vil went through each member in the line for an audition of a high level routine to compete with. He would read off his notes as he walked by each.“You, Jamil, have wasted potential and aren't doing enough with your evident skills,” Vil said with enough sharpness to cut the air out of lungs.
