Summary
“Your mother was a Hatake!?” Izuna shouted in disbelief, startling many of the Senju.
“Yes? I thought you knew?” Hashirama tilted his head, looking over to Tobirama who shrugged slightly.
“No, it seems like some of our intel was a bit outdated,” Madara sighed, pinching his brow. “Does this change anything else in the peace treaty? Any other culturally insensitive terms that need to be removed?”
Madara narrowed his eyes as Tobirama coughed, hiding his face for a moment. Did he just cover up a laugh?

Summary
Kinktober Day 3. Cosplay – Silk and satin – Bodypaint
The fire is built on branches still trickling sap, of leaves dried yellow instead of the coals an Uchiha hearth would use; and so smoke rises thick in the air and hangs in a haze over the camp. Night has set in, and the music continues on in a heavy beat.
Madara sits to the west of the fire, watching the ritual through the flames.
Tobirama rests on folded legs, stripped to the waist, both arms raised and his fingers laced behind his head. His eyes are cast down, fixed on the earth before his knees, and his mouth hardly moves as he murmurs some mantra under his breath. His brother - so different to him in every way, chestnut hair and fawn-brown skin - crouches close and holds his shoulder gently. His other hand moves in careful strokes down his back, copying the lines traced by the other Hatake at Tobirama’s side.
The ochre of Iron country is deep crimson and mixes rich with oil, and on Tobirama’s body it looks all the more stark. Like blood - and as he looks across at the onikuma laid out over bare earth to be broken down into pelt, meat, and bone, he wonders if the paint might be made of it, along with the linseed and clay.

Summary
Tobirama has always been different. Raised by his Hatake mother, following his instinctive need to protect his clan; Tobirama pushes away all the pain the Senju Clan makes him feel. He had his small pack. He'd be fine. He was a survivor. As long as Madara lived and he could soak in the Uchiha's chakra, he'd...he'd be okay.
