“He hasn’t,” Jisung says. “I’m doing this to you. Minho gave me strict instructions to not harass sweet Yongbok-ah.”
“Then why are you here, harassing sweet Yongbok-ah?” Felix whines.
“Who else am I meant to harass?!”

Summary
It's been 24 years since a virus outbreak that altered most of the population, spread through saliva it travelled fast. Especially when those infected found a desire to bite other people. A year after the outbreak, those who were still alive went underground and stayed there. Lee Felix is an almost 20 year old who has lived his whole life underground, not knowing what the outside world looks like except for what's seen through the tv screens, connected to cameras, that still showed footage of Above.
He always wanted just once to feel the sun on his skin and the breeze through his hair.

The seemingly simple job that he was entrusted with, over time, begins to cause Felix more and more doubts and troubles. All this makes him have to face the demons of the past, while trying to survive as well as keep his promise.

Jisung frowned a little. "Lix. Being a hybrid isn't anything to be ashamed of."
Or: Each and every member of SKZ is a hybrid but they're all hiding it from each other. Felix has struggled with what kind of hybrid he is for years now. It's part of the reason why he hides it from other people. Slowly but surely, with the help of Chan and the others, he starts to come to terms with his hybrid side and learns to accept his inner animal.
