Despite his notably smaller frame, the scout certainly makes up for it with his captivating presence. From his bravery, loyalty, reliability, resilience and snark, truly Bumblebee has the ability to enchant any bot.
A charismatic little thing that manages to capture other bots’ interest without having to raise a digit. Wheeljack is not blind to the gazes that linger on him longer than they should, hell, he’s one of those gazes.

I messed with the timeline just a bit. Basically, they find the map, attempt the train ride, but miss it. Sentinel Prime finds them and provides the repairs he promised. D-16 and Orion Pax vouch for B-127, and they’re all sent back into the mines.
The later events of the movie happen a few months later, when they attempt the train ride again, and this time, they succeed. For now, they’re out and about, just being boyfriends.

Slowly, Bumblebee does as ordered, expecting a glare of disgust and loathing.
To his surprise, Optimus’s optics are wide and fretful. “Are you okay?” he chokes out, voice strained as he cups Bumblebee’s bleeding cheek.
Bumblebee shudders under the bizarrely gentle and comforting touch but cannot stop the bitter laugh that slips free. “What kind of fucking question is that, Boss-Bot?”When Sentinel finds out Bumblebee’s darkest shame, he extorts the yellow bot for his personal amusement. In response, Bumblebee convinces himself that his actions ruined everything.

Summary
Seated in the sterile Earth room with Capa, Mace felt guilty. The man sitting across from him was slight, frail, even, and his cheek was still pink where he had been struck. In his sleeveless grey top, his thin frame was revealed, shoulders dusted with freckles made more prominent from time spent on the observation deck. Capa tucked his hair behind one ear, a nervous tick slipping through his guise of calm.
Mace thought, briefly, that he looked a bit like a girl.
“I’m sorry for hitting you.” He really was, seeing him now. His sisters would beat him bloody for trying to start something with an opponent so obviously weaker than himself.
“I just want to know why,” came Capa’s stilted reply.
