Dreams were a strange thing - both humans and adepti alike had the ability to dream. Most of the time they were simply nonsensical, or lacked any deep meaning. And sometimes, they were a way for the mind to play back the memories a person buried deep in the darkest recess of their mind. Xiao was all too familiar with such a concept, every time he closed his eyes for over a minute the memories would come to haunt him, empowering his guilt and regrets even more. A mind could truly be a cruel thing sometimes.
