Summary
Harry made sure to listen to what Malfoy said because he could say something useful. So far there had been nothing, future seeing powers be damned, the guy was a git.
He pushed the thoughts out of his head, he was on his way to his first flying lesson. It was going to be great, and it was until Draco Malfoy’s eyes turned glassy, his pupils dilated and his whole body became lax.
“Only a fool would keep a thing like that locked up in a school” his voice was monotone and droned “It sleeps like a log, the three-headed-” the Slytherin was interrupted by a dainty hand slapping him across the face.
Harry could understand, he felt like slapping the blonde once or twice but he wanted to hear the end of the prediction.
“OW Pansy! What was that for?” he whined to the dark-haired girl.
She shook her head at him and sighed “You were telling prophecies again Dray and class is about to start.” the blonde looked around, face going slightly red when he realized he’d gained an audience.
“It was stupid anyway, hardly worth the vision,” he muttered.
Draco spent the rest of the lesson being a bully and making Harry want to punch him. In his annoyance, Harry almost forgot the prophecy.
