Summary
Everyone knows not to walk alone in Musutafu. Sure, it’s a rough area, especially around the red light district, but it’s haunted. It’s a long figure, one that leaves walls painted in ash and soot and crime scenes so stomach-churning and violent, specialists had to be called in for the autopsies and analysis. There have been some sightings, some grainy video footage, but the only thing anyone can figure out is that Musutafu’s ghost has bright green hair and eyes that glow in the dark.

Shouta took the out-dated quirk cancelling cuffs off the body. The person looked to only have been a teenager when they died. Villains truly were horrible people.
Shouta turned away as he made his phone call. Something wasn’t adding up and he couldn’t quite place it. Then there was the sound of something moving behind him.
He turned around in time to see the body sit up.

All for One is Hisashi Midoriya. I've seen lots of fics where Izuku gets a version of AFO, but what if his quirk wasn't a copy of his father's like that. Consider instead: Quirk Blueprints. Izuku is able to see someone's quirk as a blueprint/diagram. He can see all the details and the upper and lower limits and drawbacks. He can also alter it. He can't change the fundamental nature of a quirk, but he can mess with the settings.
