Realizing that the end of camp is going to come sooner rather than later, and seeing that Quartermaster's the only other person at camp with any knowledge of the arcane at all, Harrison decides to ask him for help. Of course, this leads to Harrison getting involved in the Eternal Custodian's eternal task of saving the world every other week.

(I’m trying to mimic the choppy, run-on style of the sum-ups of the little dramas this is based off of, my writing’s a bit better in the actual story, I promise)
Before he’d been reborn, Kokushibou cast aside his loving and loyal mistress-not knowing the boy was pregnant with his child-in favor of a marriage for appearance sake. Unaware that his former mistress married his twin brother so quickly after he tossed him aside in a desperate attempt to avoid him finding out he had an illegitimate child, he shunned and ridiculed the boy, thinking poorly of him, even shrugging off the news that the boy had killed himself after the death of his son until he found the note the boy had left detailing how much he loved him and that the baby was his, sending him into a depression. In his final moments, after finding out that his scheming wife and twin brother had been plotting to kill him and take his fortune from the start, and had tortured and killed his former mistress to avoid being exposed, he hoped that he could have a chance to do better in his next life.
