Sanji likes this because it gives him a chance to flirt with one of the owners, well two of the owners because he won't leave Brulee out when he stops by to flirt with Pudding. It is harmless and they know it. But it seems the main owner Katakuri doesn't realize it is harmless and warns Sanji away.
He thinks Katakuri is a jerk.
Which means of course, Katakuri is the one that he actually wants.
Sanji never said he was smart and sane, but it should be interesting.
