“Oh god, don’t tell me I’ve forgotten my own girlfriend or something.” Yuji grabs his own head in distress. “Please, please tell me she’s tall with a big butt.”
“More like boyfriend.” Kugisaki scoffs before she can think better.
Gojo scratches his chin. “At least he’s got one of those traits.”
“Boyfriend?” Yuji drops his hands off his head and blinks helplessly at them all. “I have a boyfriend?”
The answer is no. It would be a very easy thing to clear up. Kugisaki knows that’s what any decent person would do. But then she looks at Gojo. One corner of his mouth keeps twitching, ghosting the most conspiratorially wicked smile she’s ever seen. She presses her lips together, hiding her own evil grin. There was something in Yuji’s voice that caught her off guard. Something… hopeful.
Yuji hits his head and while most of his memory remains intact, he's forgotten someone very important. A certain Fushiguro Megumi who he was definitely not dating before the concussion. Though, that small detail would never stop Kugisaki from spreading a little bit of false information in the pursuit of an incredible prank. Or it would have been an incredible prank if only things didn't get so... out of hand.

“Am I going to walk outside my practice and see a dead body?” Megumi questions, trying to keep his voice neutral.
He really won’t be able to avoid calling the cops if that happens. Megumi is not about to go to jail for a crime he didn’t commit because Sukuna couldn’t clean up after himself. But Sukuna only lets out a laugh, Megumi pauses his stitches as Sukuna’s stomach rolls from the unexpected movement.
“Not at all, sweetheart,” he says, voice dipping low, “I don’t like mixing business and pleasure.”

kuboyasu aren kept a very diligent chart in his head, of who sat where in his class. at first, it was to further his intense training to become a normal person in society, to phase out the life he’d left behind. but recently it had become a comforting habit, to count which seats people sat in, to see who switched with whom, to watch his friends come in and sit down, or stand near their desk, like they did every day.
it was a mundane clock, but aren enjoyed the simplicity of it. saiki kusuo sat in front of him. nendou riki sat one seat and to the right. his best friend, kaidou shun, sat next to him, on aren’s left. row three, seat four.
aka saiki's assigned seat is in front of kuboyasu and kuboyasu has nowhere else to look

Aki doesn’t seem to find pleasure in smoking. Doesn’t seem to be an addict waiting for his next hit. Out there on the balcony, the faint glow of the cigarette illuminating his fingertips, he instead looks like a man in atonement. For what, Angel isn’t sure. Aki has always been what most humans would call a good man.
Angel steps outside. Aki glances at him.
“You always look so miserable out here,” Angel says.
“Do I?” Aki’s voice is soft, like speaking too loud would interrupt the low drone of insects singing under the stars.
Angel shrugs. “More than you normally do, anyway.”
Aki exhales through his nose like a muted laugh. “Didn’t realize you paid that close of attention.”
“I don’t.” A lie.
Aki stares at him for a moment. Takes a slow drag. “I’m not miserable,” he says quietly. “I just…” he trails off.
Angel waits. The insects sing. Aki sighs.
“Do you ever think that maybe you’re just… not meant for the things you want?”--------
