Their relationship started in chaos and pain, if they were going to get engaged he wants it, needs it, to be filled with joy and happiness. Because Luffy is his joy and happiness.
“Law, you’ve been dating my captain for over a decade, c’mon buddy. You’re stressin' yourself out too much over nothing.” Zoro lifts an eyebrow at him and levels a look his way that makes him feel absolutely idiotic.
“Is it so wrong to be concerned about something this important?” He grumbles under his breath.
