Summary
This wasn’t the first time that Jack had felt this way. He’d experienced the same gnawing and itch since he was young, but the only thing he was clinging to was that it wouldn’t end up the same. No, he was grown. He could handle himself in a respectable manner. At least until he got home.
Truly, he was fine.
Until he wasn’t.

Summary
He gave them a few moments, but the second he raised his hand, the room fell silent. Robby took a breath, steady and slow. He had to choose his words carefully.
"It's been a hell of a night. I know some of you saw parts of what happened, and others are only hearing rumors. So let me clear it up." His jaw tightened for just a second before he continued. "At around 18:35 earlier today, an armed man entered the ED…”

Summary
Generally speaking, Frank enjoyed the one-two punch of ADHD and an ED together. They fit together nicely, gave him space to jump around, new cases, new puzzles, all that jazz. Unfortunately, generally did not mean always, and a late start to his day was all that was needed to throw him off balance. That, and forgetting to eat breakfast.
Or; Frank gets overstimulated after not getting enough sleep, forgetting breakfast, and a headache. Cue a moment of concerned Dana, some Robby trying to help, and a whole lot of internal monologue about how ridiculous it is that he's behaving like this.

Summary
It's Frank's first day back in the ED, nearly a year after being given an ultimatum he eventually took. Of course, nothing can go smoothly, and from patient to patient his grip slowly starts to slip. Dana lowers him an olive branch to grab on to, hold on to so he wouldn't drown.
Or; Frank's first day back is rough, he has a panic attack about it, and Dana gives him some good old fashioned comfort while he's plagued with internal dialogue.
