The Hole in the Sea is cold. Or maybe it isn’t- Chip can’t feel much these days, anyway. Here, in the dark, in the thick blanket of silence, something sinks deep into the very core of Chip’s being. Something here weighs on Gillion and Gryffon in a way that Chip can see, clings to them in a way it doesn’t to him.
The Hole in the Sea is cold, and it welcomes Chip home.
Despite his desperation, Chip can't seem to get this damn compass working, and Gillion is erring ever closer to breaking his oath outright to prove how much he cares. Gryffon stays by their side, and they keep moving in search of Drey, Arlin, and- hopefully, eventually- a way out.

Yuji Itadori is Sukuna’s vessel, he’s supposed to be strong. Speaking of that annoying bastard, he’s been strangely quiet since Yuji’s depression set in.
Yuji knows that this internal debate will continue well into the night if he doesn’t do something. So, he sits up, and it feels like every fiber of his being is resisting every movement. Everything is too hard. Not hard enough to do anything drastic, but hard enough to make Yuji exhausted and miserable.
It wouldn’t hurt to knock on Megumi’s door, right?

“But how do we fix you?” Cellbit ignored his query which was rather rude actually. His question was quite the loaded one, one with many answers and no answers at all.
In reality, Foolish knew what to say, but the words were heavy on his tongue, like an anvil dropped in its place. He didn’t like letting others worry. The entire time the children had been missing he did what he could to cheer everyone up. Seeing those smiles, the laughter and mirth on their faces while he was crumbling inside was worth everything.
So while Cellbit’s question was easy, the answer was not.

Summary
“Take my blood, then,” he offers, like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
Cellbit can feel his teeth press against his lower lip, the fangs coming in. Roier’s smell is overwhelming, saccharine sweet. Just the thought of getting to taste him makes Cellbit feel like he’s about to lose control. He thanks the gods above he’s too weak to move, otherwise he would have Roier pinned beneath him already.
“You don’t understand what you’re offering,” Cellbit hisses.
“You’re in pain. I don’t wanna see you suffer.”
Roier looks at him like a kicked puppy. He’s got exactly what Cellbit needs, offers it on his own volition, and still, Cellbit hesitates. He can’t recall the last time he fed on a human, much less a human he deeply cared about.
“Please,” Roier says, pulling up the sleeve of his sweater, “Let me help you.”
And that sliver of bare skin is enough to make Cellbit blackout.

Wordlessly, Cellbit obeys. He moves to lie down, head in Roier’s lap, and blinks up at Roier. All four of Roier’s eyes crinkle up as he smiles and then Cellbit forgets any coherent thought that was forming because Roier has tangled his fingers into Cellbit’s hair and is now carefully playing with it.
Roier hums quietly under his breath and it’s the stupid ad that haunts Cellbit’s dreams right alongside Cucurucho, but he can’t find it in himself to care.
Maybe he’s in too deep.
Cellbit is plagued by nightmares but something about Roier makes them all seem insignificant.
