Summary
Batman is insulted during a Justice League mission, which wouldn't be a problem except Nightwing is there to hear it. The other League members don't know this is a problem because they have no idea Batman has kids, much less that Nightwing is one of them. Bruce decides to do the only reasonable thing: go on vacation. His children probably won't burn down anything too important.
Dick just wants to defend his family and brag about his siblings. Good thing his father taught him a few things about the importance of detailed plans and talented allies.

“A shadow ghost with no bones? Are we sure the guy is real?” Hal seemed skeptical, and Barry kind of had to agree, he's heard rumors about all the things in Gotham's water, and if Bludhaven was its sister city it wasn't much of a stretch to say that they had similar issues and their citizens were talking out of their ass.
“Oh he's real all right, I tried to track the guy down as Clark Kent and I lost him, so I got curious and went as Superman and then I lost him again, he literally melds into shadows.”
“He sounds like he could be Spooky's twin, I’m on board with sending an invitation.” Hal replied with a huge grin sent Batman's way.
“He’s not joining the Justice League.” Batman growled out
