    This takes place immediately after the fight in DC, but this time Bucky ends up in the custody of the Avengers. Lots of recovery but also lots of action! There's not a ton of plot but I'm just here for the relationship anyway :)

    Being an Avenger isn’t what Loki had expected, but he is still far from thrilled when yet another one comes into the picture. The fact James Barnes has a history with Steve Rogers makes it worse considering him and the Captain having never quite come to terms with each other. A tension that’s only made worse when this new soldier is interested in talking to no one, let alone his old best friend. Something relatable as he’s yet to reconcile with Thor. As it turns out, unexpectedly yet again, they have a fair bit in common. Something that helps when they accidentally end up with the really really unexpected.
