Resigned and without desire, he returned to his hiding place. It was a little-traveled place because there was a risk of expansion of a nearby hollow. He curled up into himself with his back to a wall as he muttered.

Summary
The third room on the left is the kitchen, so Lycaon turns the handle. Now, Lycaon is absolutely used to having the kitchen to himself to cook a luxurious meal for Rina and the girls. Humming, swaying easily from pot to pot, stirring, adding, filling the kitchen with delightful aromas that bring them looking.
He is, however, not used to what he walks into.
There at the kitchen counter stands the rest of his team. Corin is reading diligently from a cook book to Ellen, who stirs at something idly on the stove. Rina is even seemingly trying to assist them, fetching ingredients from the pantry and fridge to prepare until Ellen needs them.
Lycaon is honestly speechless, and rather impressed.

A mission nearly flubbed sends Lycaon into exhaustion. The girls do some fixing after the fact.
