Summary
When working in Freelance Police business, it is expected that Sam and Max would come away from their work with their fair share of bruises and wounds. There are many moments in their work throughout the years that catch them by surprise and cause them to take some downtime to patch up. Throughout their time together from the very start of them becoming Freelance Police, in the smaller moments where Max gets hurt because of his own mischief and in the larger moments where the aftermath of what happened with the Devil’s Toybox rears its ugly head, Sam will take care of Max and his injuries.
These are four moments in which Sam bandages up Max and looks out for him, and one moment in which Max returns the favor.

The whole night he was stuck in the Pizzaplex, forced to witness the true horrors that dwell beyond the neon-lit facade of fun and excitement, Gregory only had one goal in mind each time he managed to survive every traumatic hour: to feel safe, just long enough before he had to get back into the fight for survival.
But when one mistake too many sends him spiraling into a mental breakdown, he begins to doubt he will ever find a sense of security ever again.
Thank goodness he has Freddy in his life.

Freddy is in touch with his feminine side. Which is a polite way of saying that much like how one should not get between a mother bear and her cub, one should not get between Freddy and his kid. Five times Freddy almost lost it and the one time he did.
Set after the Burn it All Down ending, over the course of several years. I wrote a third of this before the Ruin DLC came out, then abandoned it for like three years. So, now that I’ve gotten around to (almost) finishing it, I have not adjusted the story to match any canon information revealed since the release of the Ruin DLC, including the big bad of Security Breach being-

Finally, after hours of struggling and striving to survive a chaotic, maze-like mall of endless threats, Gregory is free from the Pizzaplex. He couldn't feel more relieved, sitting beside the very animatronic who was with him through it all. However, relief isn't the only thing he's feeling. Running around a mega mall while being constantly hunted wasn't the best for a young boy...who knew?
But with Freddy, Gregory knows he can handle any injury or discomfort.
