When Lo’ak was little, he had had a serious problem with leaving Jake.
He screamed, cried, and yelled, absolutely refusing to go anywhere or do anything unless Jake was by his side.
Neytiri said while the severity of his possessiveness was abnormal, it made sense considering he was a young alpha and was very connected to his bearer.
So Jake tried to slowly pull himself away from Lo’ak; it only made him cling on even tighter.
The first time Jake tried to sleep away from Lo’ak, he had cried till he was on the verge of passing out and there had been no amount of consoling Jake could do to stop the tears.
Jake remembered it like it was yesterday.

Summary
“Han Jisung,” Minho starts, smiling wide. “I knew I loved you from the moment—”
“Wait!” Jisung shoots up and scrambles to set his phone and earbuds on the bench, all while fumbling for the box in his own pocket. Once his hand finds purchase on it, he stumbles down to kneel on one knee in front of Minho, holding out the box in the same way Minho is.
After a couple seconds of silence, both of them on one knee with ring boxes in hand, they start to giggle. The giggles explode into full-body laughs, and Jisung finds himself fully on the grass with the box in both of his hands.
Minho is the first one to recover. “Do I need to get into the whole speech I had planned,” he manages through giggles, “or do we just skip that now?”
Jisung wipes his tears of glee as his laughs finally subside. “I think we can skip it.” He smiles and opens the ring box, holding it up with both of his hands. “Lee Minho, will you marry me?”
Smiling, Minho opens his own, and holds the box out for Jisung. “Only if you’ll marry me, bug.”

Minho lives a simple life. He makes potions, tends to plants, and waits to see his friends again. One day, while he's out picking herbs for his next potion, he finds an injured wolf to nurse back to health (and eventually, a boyfriend).
“I’m taking care of a wolf,” he says, and Seungmin is carefully still for a minute. He seems to be mulling that over, but Minho doesn’t have time to wait for him. Instead, he starts working. He pulls out all of the herbs he needs for today, and starts boiling water on the stove.
“And why are you taking care of a wolf? Seriously, his scent is all over you. What, are you sleeping on him?” Seungmin demands after a minute, and Minho rolls his eyes.
