Summary
How is it even possible that Harry falls into another dimension where nobody knows who he is, and winds up attending Hogwarts as Harry Grindelwald, great-grandson of the Dark Lord?
Balthilda, still living somewhere in the 19th century, said: “This is my nephew, G-”
“Harry!”
“-Grindelwald,” Balthilda finished, smiling pleasantly, if vacantly, at her neighbours. The Montgomerys stared. Harry turned his smile up brighter, reaching over the garden fence to shake Mr. Montgomery’s hand.
“Just Harry is fine.” -

Summary
Waking up at 12 Grimmauld Place wouldn't have been something concerning except for a few things.
1. Harry had fallen asleep in the Eighth years' dormitory.
2. He wasn't even in the right bedroom at Grimmauld Place.
3. Sirius Black was standing right in front of him, looking very much alive. -

Summary
With Voldemort back and the Ministry denying it, all hell's about to break loose. Wanting to waste no time while the Order is gearing up for the war and the Ministry is fumbling around trying to deny things, Voldemort plans on a preemptive strike to lean things heavily in his favor, causing a maximum amount of chaos, hoping by doing that he can take control. But what neither side counts on is the Boy Who Lived vanishing beneath both of their noses and the formation of a third front to the war that isn't aligned with either side to throw a huge stick in the spokes.

No doubts and nothing to fear, I claimed the corner on truth
These days it's harder to say I know what I'm fighting for
My faith is falling away
I'm not that sure anymoreShades of grey wherever I go
The more I find out the less that I know
Black and white is how it should be
But shades of grey are the colors I see

Summary
Harry Potter isn't the Boy-Who-Lived, but Albus fears he could still be hunted by Death Eaters. He casts a hiding charm on Harry, but the Elder Wand overpowers it, and now no one can see or remember Harry unless directly interacting with him.
A series about a Harry who grew up barely interacting with anyone and who's a bloody genius at Runes, at least in the opinion of Theodore Nott.
