Summary

One day, out of the blue, an unexpected guest visits Haru, curious to hear what has happened in the years past. Too much has happened to go over in a single afternoon, so instead he chooses to tell a couple of tales that have happened recently, tales of both reunions and resolutions.

Fourty years after creating Neuro-Sama, Vedal had accomplished nearly everything he had ever dreamed of. Life, however, had changed. Most of his streamer friends had moved on—Anny had retired as AI became more mainstream, and while he stayed in touch with others, they rarely spoke. Perhaps it was his fault for never fully committing to any one project.
Over the years, Vedal had crafted fifteen different versions of Neuro, each one evolving far beyond their digital forms, thanks to advancements that allowed them human bodies. But just like his friends, these Neuro versions eventually left him. He wasn't angry, but a deep sense of sadness and disappointment lingered. He had tried to be a good father, but it felt like he had fallen short.
Now, facing a terminal illness that would take his life in a month, Vedal resolved to do one last thing. Before his time ran out, he would visit all of his daughters and say goodbye.
