Juleka Couffaine, normally a very level-headed young woman treated a visitor to the office with the same familiarity as her fiancee and of course it was Dupain-Cheng. It was always Dupain-Cheng.

In the year 2022, over 200,000 people got trapped in the VRMMORPG known as Sword Art Online. In hindsight, it should have been obvious. The way Rumi refused to go to the bathhouse, her bizarre relationship with Celine, this whole thing with the Saja Boys? Mira prided herself on reading people, and she felt stupid for not seeing it sooner. The pieces were all there, just waiting to be put together.
Rumi was gay.
The night after the joint signing with the Saja Boys, Mira went to confront Rumi about her ongoing weird behavior. Instead of letting hurt feelings drive the conversation, Mira took a minute to try and figure out what might be wrong. Unfortunately, she came to the completely wrong conclusion.
Misunderstandings ensue. They talk it out.
