Yes, he’d just go splash some extra cold water on his face and he’d be literally right back. It’d take no time at all. Just something to cool down his skin so that it’d stop burning.
While making his way towards the door, Bachira can’t help but wonder why his legs feel so much heavier than usual. Or why the room is starting to spin a little bit. He goes to tell his teammates that he’ll be right back, but can’t seem to open his mouth.

Summary
Late nights like these where his hand's hurt so bad the gloves didn't help were not a foreign concept to Rudo. What made this night particularly hard for the young teen was the absence of Regto. He never planned for not having Regto there to help him through the worst of it, and Rudo wasn't sure what his subconscious would do in order to get the help he needed, but refused to ask for.

Rudo’s left in an awfully heavy dissociative daze after hours of tinkering in his room that settles him well into the deep night.
Only when he realizes it’s late and he should head to bed, he doesn’t realize what he’s done and why he’s in his too white bathroom with a lot of red swirling in his vision.

It’s not the first time Haruka’s woken up lying in the street, head pounding and vision swimming—but it’s strange waking up to concerned faces hovering over him. Faces he thinks he might know, if only they’d stay still. If only the light wasn’t so dazzlingly bright.
Haruka's been hit on the head plenty of times. This one proves harder to shake off.

He had the sort of laugh that made you start laughing as well and she always liked hearing it.
