“Should you really be going out by yourself?” Iida asked.
“I know I’m a problem child, but seriously guys, not even I can get into that much trouble going on a run. I do it every day.” Izuku told Iida. Aizawa sensei’s joke seemed to be coming back to haunt him.
“But you’re always running with someone.” Ochako replied. Which, to be fair, was a good point on her part.
“I’ll be fine. What’s the worst that could happen?” he joked.
… and those were Izuku's famous last words.How much trouble could Izuku get into on a run? The answer, a lot of it. It seemed that wherever he went he would always end up attracting trouble. This time however, Izuku seems to have wound up in the past, but maybe this could be a good thing.

Izuku’s hand froze over the screen. Slowly, he looked up at the customer, his carefully crafted work facade falling.
The boy’s blond spikey hair was sticking out everywhere like an explosion, framing his face and getting in the way of his bright red eyes. The light coming in through the window broke against his UA uniform and his raised arm that was holding his phone, which he hadn’t looked up from once.
Izuku’s voice caught in his throat, but he managed to choke out a stammer.
“K-Kacchan?”
His head shot up and he looked at Izuku for the first time. His eyes widened, but it was impossible to tell what from. Shock? Horror? Recognition? Surprise? Maybe a mix of all of it? His voice came out in a coarse whisper, laden with emotion.

After seeing all the issues that her son was going through, Inko decided that enough was enough and moved the two of them away. Izuku took this as an opportunity to cut ties with Kacchan and ended up working at a local cafe. But, what he wasn't expecting was that his childhood friend would walk right through the front door four years later.

“Obviously,” Stendhal-san said, leaning back on his arms. “Quirks are merely tools; plenty of heroes have perfect quirks and not an ounce of heroism in their blood. You’re already more of a hero than numbers 2 through 10, combined.”
Izuku could feel the tears slipping down his cheeks, sobbing at the words he had been yearning to hear for so long.
“Did they- did they not say that?” Stendhal-san asked, startled by Izuku’s reaction.

The farthest place he could get was Fukuoka City, approximately over twelve hours away by car, his only hope was that an internship from the hero that resided there was offered. The hero’s agency was located in Kyushu, the quickest way to get there was to catch a flight from Shizuoka to Fukuoka and catch the train from Fukuoka to Kyushu.
A smile lights his features when he finds it, when the internship offer form is presented, twenty-five pages in, and he pulls it to the front. Filling out his information, without a second thought, he doesn’t need to look through the rest of them.
Sure, interning with a man who spent ninety-five percent of his work in the air was going to be a setback, but the distance he wanted was worth it. He’d make it work.

Midoriya Izuku had always been an incredibly anxious kid. It was obvious to everyone in Yuuei, the teachers especially. After villain attacks and more- Yamada Hizashi is happy to see the kid finally calm down and relax in his class.
He falls asleep right on his desk in the middle of English, cocooning in his arms and comfortable.
He lets the kid sleep right through the period and through the next before finally, he goes to wake him up. It takes a while and he asks a few questions and ends up with far more than he bargained for. A sleepy kid isn't the best at keeping secrets. -
