Summary
Kurapika had always had a temper, had always held grudges, but he had also been so so brave too. Pairo had always been the opposite. He was calm where Kurapika yelled, he forgave where his friend could not, but Pairo knew he was always a coward. It was never how his father had seen it, it wasn’t even how Kurapika saw it. But Pairo knew, he knew what he was. And here, with the village burning around him, with his father’s too still body laying splayed on the ground back at home, with Kurapika gone gone gone, Pairo did the only thing he could think to do and hid.
OR Pairo lives! This does not necessarily make everything better.

Summary
Despite a smear campaign backed by the Cerberus Assembly, Thelyss’s actual role in the relic heist deviates significantly from what has been purported by Martinet Ludinus Da’leth and the journalists on his payroll. Anyone with access to evidence and abundant testimony can see for themselves the hand that illegal extortion and contractual abuses had in making the cards fall where they fell.
The following timeline intends to contextualize Widogast and Thelyss’s individual music careers, their collaborations, and the events leading up to and surrounding: (a) the crimes of Volstrucker Records CEO Trent Ikithon, and (b) Ikithon and Martinet Ludinus Da’leth’s undiscussed roles in the Mouthpiece of the Luxon Scandal.
Interviews were conducted individually in 840. Accounts of the same event will differ between interviewee, so it’s up to the jury to determine the truth from the canon of events documented in Widogast & the Mighty Nein.

Summary
Two thousand years is an awfully long time. Long enough to make the peculiarity of leaves pointless, long enough to make breathing seem like a chore rather than a privilege, a particular nuisance so deeply rooted in one’s heart that ripping it out would be simply pointless. Those roots are now one with the soil, a soul rich in heartache and grief, and the gods always had a strange sense of humour, for those roots would bear the most magnificent flowers with the sweetest scent.

A character study of Zeno leading to him holding the chalice of blood in his own two hands

Summary
There is a morbid sense of humor in finding yourself caked in blood, especially when it's not your own.
Yet on the occasion that it is, poured from torn flesh, sliced and bruised and raw, it's sickening. At times it draws relief, at others desperation. More so when there isn't even a wound to blame, and the scars fade into eternally untainted skin.
~
Or, a short synopsis of a few of the many times Zeno has found himself covered in blood; both his enemy's and his own.
(Also can be read as: "Random times Zeno has to deal with being covered in blood, and one time he doesn't have to do it alone", but I liked this title and summary better so do me a favor and hush.)

Summary
Zeno doesn't know the exact date of Kaya's death.
He doesn't know the exact dates on which the people he loved most returned to heaven, but he gets a feeling. A strange, heavy, lingering feeling that's tethered to the seasons--a sensation he's learned to deal with fairly well. Grief is always a complicated matter, even after one has been around for roughly two-thousand years.
But perhaps just this once, with the Crimson King's spirit and all the dragons reunited, it might happen to get the best of him.
~
Basically, Zeno has had enough time to grieve. It most definitely doesn't hurt anymore because it's been thousands of years!! Re-living memories he made with his wife won't mentally impact him at all! Seeing that old house again? The meadow? The forest? Pshhht! He's okay with that, absolutely, totally fine!
Spoiler alert:
He's not.
