Summary
Underground fighting was technically illegal, but the King had shut himself in ages ago, busy mourning the passing of most of his family. Perhaps, he'd care more if he knew that his only son had been sneaking out to said fighting as a way to let off steam.
Perhaps he'd care fmore if he found out that his only son was slowly becoming infatuated with a peasant rabbit that had been attending the fights as long as him. Perhaps a lot things, but the king hasn't found out yet.
Meanwhile, Kageyama's eyes are being opened to the poor environment of his future subjects, as well as the wonders of being free.

Summary
Hinata Shoyou has been looking for his clan for a while. So what if they kicked him out? He needed help and demanded answers. The only problem was that he only kind of knew where to start. Dead Man's Forest, where he proceeds to almost die. Who knew giant scorpions would get upset over a rock?
A wolfman, that just happens to be going the same way as him, saves him from a miserable and venomous death. From there on, Hinata is determined to make the trip as a team, if only the wolf wasn't so damn grouchy.
