Red Hood has a contract with Oracle. He would really love it if the Bats abided by their part of it.
Or at least kept his fucking murderer away from him. Not that he'd ever put it like that.
Red Hood and Bats are allies. It is not smooth sailing even before untitled get their claws into Gotham but Jason might be reclaiming some long lost bonds anyway.
Oracle will forever treassure the blackmail trove that's her call to Zatanna. Little Red Riding Hood, indeed.
