“What for?” he asked, voice wavering, noticing how the woman squinted and took a half of a step forward. He was ready to shut the door in their face.
“Please” the crying woman said in a small voice “my brother has been shot, he needs medical assistance. We know you’re the best surgeon around, we did our homework. He needs to be cared for soon. Alex doesn’t have anything against his roommate—or his sexual proclivities; obviously, there’s nothing wrong with that, but it gets to a point where almost every other night Henry has a ‘friend’ over and Alex has to pull out his noise-canceling headphones to be able to endure another minute in their shared dorm.

He had the worst friends who didn’t care for his sanity whatsoever.
“Come on Hen.” Pez slipped a hand around his shoulder and tugged Henry’s body closer towards him so he was half sitting in Pez's lap while his hands flailed around as he tried to keep himself from falling head-first into the hard surface of the table.

OR when Henry lies to his family about having a boyfriend he doesn't expect for said boyfriend to get an invite to Christmas. Luckily Alex is far too happy to volunteer as his fake boyfriend which wouldn't be a problem if Henry wasn't head over heels for him.

George knows Sapnap better than anyone. He takes care of him, and there’s no one else who could do it better than himself. He gives Sapnap what he needs until he’s barely verbal, flushed and fucked-out and brainless in his bed. He’s all Sapnap needs.
But it’s not enough to know him like this, and to take care of him. George wants to be the heart that pumps blood throughout Sapnap’s body, keeps his lungs moving and his body warm and oxygen moving throughout it. He doesn’t just want to be all Sapnap needs; he wants to actively be needed by the younger man, all of the time.
