Summary
*This story is a reworked collaborative effort between Jade_Rotaski and myself. A retelling of Dragon Ball where a strange event caused a divergence in the timeline, and Vegeta wound up on Earth instead of Goku. There are mysteries surrounding why it happened, and even Trunks is being blocked from entering the point where the timeline changed.
The young saiyan prince finds himself rocketing through space in a damaged pod with no memory of how or why. With no way of contacting his planet, no orders, and little choice, he waits until his pod crash-lands on Earth. For years, he survives the wilderness, receiving only silence from what remained of the wreckage, until a young woman crosses his path, searching for a collection of treasures... that might hold the key to his return home.

Summary
It was the fault of professional show runners and their failure to wrap up a TV series (Game of Thrones) that propelled me into fan fiction.
I started my first fan fiction ever right after GOT wrapped up in May 2019. It was a post-Season 8 epilogue for the series that was all right, but I felt like a whole redo of Season 8 like I saw other writers doing was needed.
This straight redo of Season 8 has a mix of television and book material here, a limited amount of retconning, plus a sprinkling of original characters I think fit into the world of Westeros and Essos.
Over time, this story became part of a series, also known as Dreams of Spring, set in this rectonned world of Westeros and Essos. If you read this and like it, you might want to check out those stories, too.
