Tyler simply tilted his head at her, perhaps reminding her that she underestimated him once. Maybe it would be unwise to do so again.
“What are you doing here?” She tried again.
He leaned into her space confidently and she had half a mind to think that he was going to laugh directly in her face. “You’ve been looking for me”, he reminded her, “…it shouldn’t be a surprise that I’ve been looking for you too.”

Wednesday Addams is trying to move on from the previous semester's events, wondering why she can't stop dreaming and thinking of a certain Hyde. When turning up in her dorm room, it seems Tyler himself is reluctant to let Wednesday move on - wanting to prove to her that she can trust him again.

Summary
Wednesday Addams is infamous across the entire Columbia University campus. She never wears a single color. She never smiles. And most importantly, she never dates boys. (There are even persistent rumors that the last guy who dared ask her out was brutally murdered, but of course that’s just campus gossip… probably.)
Ajax Petropolus is desperately in love with Enid Sinclair and wants to date her properly, but he can’t, because his colorful, bubbly almost-girlfriend refuses to leave her gloomy roommate all alone. So Ajax takes matters into his own hands: he hires his friend, Tyler Galpin — a broke college student juggling classes, a barista job at the campus café, and music band to do the impossible: seduce Wednesday Addams.

Summary
What’s in the heart of a Hyde? Is it purely dark and filled with hatred, or is it still possible to make it flicker?
Tyler Galpin is done with mothers and masters. His heart can’t take any more sorrows and rejections. He believes himself to be a lost cause. But yet, when Isadora Capri, the new principal at Nevermore Academy, offers him the opportunity to enroll in a special rehabilitation program for outcasts whose abilities have made them dangerous to others, he reluctantly agrees.
The moment he steps into the school, the whispers and gasps start. They all fear him. Everyone but Wednesday Addams.
She who saw him. She who freed him. She who he swore to kill.
When another string of Hyde attacks occurs, Tyler becomes the prime suspect. With no one on his side, he is about to give up when an unlikely ally steps forward: Wednesday Addams. She believes he’s innocent, asking him to aid her in the investigation. But they have to work fast, before Tyler is deemed too dangerous and sent to another asylum. The hunt for the culprit leads right into Tyler’s past and makes him question whether what he believes about himself is actually true. Perhaps it’s not too late to make the heart of this Hyde flicker?

Summary
The events that happened at willow hill that night went different to what Wednesday had originally planned.
She hadn't planned for Laurel to free Tyler from his confinements. sure she knew that if he got free she'd be his main target but she had hoped that Willow Hill would at least be competent enough to keep him locked up.
Instead Tyler is freed and somehow she winds up being abducted.
