   Summary

   Izuku Midoriya has spent years being told he’s too slow—too normal—to matter in a city that only respects power. Then, one night, time blinks, and he realizes seconds can be stolen back.

   They’ll call him Velocity like he’s a rumor you can chase but never catch. He moved like a thunderbolt, unrelenting and impossible to catch. And if heroes won’t get there in time—Izuku will.
