Summary
Once the entire class is loaded onto the bus, heading towards the training camp, Aizawa-sensei stands before them and asks, "Do you really want to be heroes?"
Katsuki thinks of bruises and burns and chains branded into his skin. He thinks of sitting on the rooftop of his middle school, swinging his feet over the edge, listening to the wind whistle in his ears and the sound of his own thudding heartbeat. He doesn't want to feel this way. He doesn't want anybody to feel this way.
He will be the last person who feels this way.
He asks himself, Do I really want to be a hero?
Yes is the only answer.
