Summary
Naruto felt cold. Or maybe he was hot. It was hard to tell but he thought the ice in his veins had been replaced with something so burning hot that it felt cold. Either way, his head didn’t hurt anymore. Nothing did.
Naruto. A deep voice growled his name, followed by a surge of that icy hot chakra. The chakra began to sting a little bit, but it felt nice to feel something. It reminded Naruto of the spicy habanero ramen at Ichi Raku and the sweet pain and warmth it brought him on a bad day.
Naruto.
The voice called to him again but he was barely able to register any sensations anymore. He felt so sleepy. His bones were tired and all he wanted to do was lay there and stop existing.Well this is no good. A sarcastic deep voice deep within the boy mused. They hate you, you know.
I know. Naruto replied.
You know they’re the reason you are alone.

They are the reason you are dying.

You should hate them
I knowBut I want them to love me. Naruto replied after a pause. His thoughts seemed small and far away
