Summary
Izuku Midoriya knows he's quirkless, he's been quirkless since that unfortunate and rather eventful doctor's visit. So how come he can suddenly do things he's never been able to do before? The answer: All Might. But not in a way that makes sense. The vestiges are unhappy, especially Nana Shimura. Her idiot of a successor, as much as she loves him won't take a fucking break even if it's killing hium. Their solution is simple, they can seperate for short periods of time from All Might, and decide each of them will look for a successor. The one who finds him is Hakage and of course it's the villain magnet and cinnamon roll, Izuku Midoriya.

Present Mic, otherwise known as Hizashi Yamada decided to make a group chat one day specifically for one of UA staffs cases. The case of the vigilante known as Nequam. It had been years since this vigilante surfaced yet they still had nothing on them so Hizashi made this chat in hopes to help in some way. What he least expected though was all the chaos to come out of it

Summary
At the age of five when Izuku Midoriya did not develop a quirk like the rest of his class he instantly knew he was different. His father had a powerful fire quirk, and while his mother didn't have a particularly strong quirk it could be used in a variety of ways. So why was he different? Why was he the exception? It didn't make sense. To his logical brain his quirk should have something to do with the manipulation or movement of fire, right? So why did he have.. nothing? It didn't make sense.
Until he was seventeen, that's when the missing quirk factor in his body clicked into place.
