Earth barely managed to avoid its own annihilation thanks to the last second assistance of new alien visitors. Slowly, civilizations that had been nearly destroyed through nuclear warfare, famine, and disease are rebuilt with the Autobots' help.
But the Autobots' assistance isn't entirely altruistic. Earth has something they want. Because mixed with the millions of others are humans with spark signatures and the potential to become sparklings. And the Autobots who had believed they were doomed to a slow extinction, have no intention of letting their new little ones go.

Certain lives and certain deaths, they are significant enough that when souls pass over before their time, they are reborn into new worlds. Sansa remembering is an anomaly, but The North Remembers and Sansa is of the North; She Remembers.
Sansa thinks very little of this new world, or this new village she is meant to call ‘home’, but she does love her new brother, who shines so brightly the gods must surely have breathed star-fire into his bones when they created him. The first time Naruto tells her he will be Hokage, she does not doubt him– he was born to rule, just as she was. But Konoha does not deserve him, and she will not let them take and take until there is nothing left of her bright brother. She is Sansa Stark, she knows how to rebuild a home from ruins, and the ruins of Uzushiogakure call.

Summary
Leia is just your normal 24 year old gamer geek girl. There has never been anything special about her. One evening, while walking to get snacks the Three Fates of Greek Mythology decide that she is the one who can help fix the One Piece tapestry of fate. Sent into the one piece world her goal is to make sure Luffy succeeds and saves a few lives along the way.
Of course in this new world she's bound to meet her favorite Anime men... and if she flirts and falls in love, that is just a nice extra bonus. Oh and adopt a few kids.
Fix-it Fic... save Cora and Ace - that is her goal, and maybe a few more along the way... will she be able to accomplish that? Only time will tell.
