Summary
For many decades, Rhyme's life hasn't exactly been a stroll in the park. After escaping her tormentors, defeating the Netherbrain, and finally regaining her body half a year later, she is now happily married to Gale and enjoying the quiet, almost boring days of domesticity. Life is better than it has ever been.
So what if the little magic home improvements that Gale has installed start failing one by one? That's nothing to be upset or worried about… right?

The Black Hand of Bane by aqeldroma
Fandom Baldur's Gate (Video Games), The Legend of Drizzt Series - R. A. Salvatore

Summary
Wherein the Dark Urge discovers the truth behind her memory loss, goes on a journey of self discovery that ends up being more of a trail of corpses, and decides to take over the world.
Everything can be read as a standalone, and everything is in chronological order.
Where to start reading:
1: Pre-canon Dark Urge. One-shots prior to the longfics are pre-tadpole and pre-canon stories. Expect the usual atrocities.2: Ruin's tale: The two longfics are an arc with a 1st POV of post-tadpole Dark Urge. Begin with Under the Black Hand, which is an Act 3 revision (starts off where you think, does not end where you think) and is the only story taking place during the events of the game. Closing the Fist picks up one month post-canon (how actually will you take over the world? it's complicated).
3: Gortash's tale: POV third, picking up on trauma from House of Hope and continues the post-canon journey, starts with Down Comes the Claw.
4: Multi-POV (Minthara/Ruin/others): Alternating POV 1st and third, The Grip of Steel starts 1 year post-game. This longfic will bring this tale to its finale.

Summary
A little way ahead, she can see Gale already waiting; he’s half-leaning, half-sat against a low wall, leather satchel at his side, an open book in hand. She feels it, then, the slow-spreading bloom of warmth in her chest at the sight of him.
She thinks of slowing her pace. An attempt to suspend or hold back the march of time as she indulges in a brief moment of observation to remind herself, once again, that this is real, he’s real—but she calls out to him before she can stop herself.
A little slice of post-canon life in Waterdeep for Gale and Rhyme.

Summary
The papers talk of Archduke Enver Gortash, rebuilding the city in accordance to his glorious vision. For Tamasvi, a new life without the oppressive control of her divine father lies before her, her first opportunity to find out who she is without his bloody influence. But the city still has the scars of a past she does not remember, and obligations made in love and duress still keep her close to those she would rather avoid lest she fall back into the seductive web of lies and secrets that so impressed the Chosen of Bane over a decade ago.
No slate can be truly wiped clean, and the nightmare of her heritage could never remain hidden for long. There are divine consequences after all, when one commits ten thousand deaths for Bhaal...Bookmarked by Defira

Summary
Tav woke up in an unfamiliar bed, with a bad headache and a bed companion in the shape of an archduke. Unfortunately for Tav, her memories were quite muddled. So when the lump next to her called her "wife", she may have been more than a little bit freaked out.
Or,
Enver Gortash woke up to find his wife trying to kill him. Again. This was all very inconvenient.
~~~
A story of love, one might say. But not these two. No, these two would say that their story was built upon death threats and late night barrelmancy negotiations, and Disintegration spells that missed and the Power Word Kill that didn't. Love was only the ambush Gortash walked into once, and Tav walked into twice.
“Now, who could use some good luck?”
Leander spun on his heel, surveying the tavern with a grin as his hounds cheered, slapped their hands on tables, jostling bottles and glasses, some leaning in and tugging at the end of his cloak to plead with him. He resolved to pick a recent client to further the good tides from good business when an unfamiliar face peered up from the crowd.
Once he’d met her gaze through the dust and dusk of the tavern, a strange charge had settled in the air.
Summary
The music swelled, elegantly matched pairs spinning past each other across the floor where the dance carried them. Weaving behind the pillars and braziers of glowing coals lining the hall, Caleb scanned over the shifting sea of guests for his husband. His husband. Oh gods.
It still sounded strange. His husband. Good, decidedly good, but strange, making his heart stumble over itself dangerously. The thought put the most fragile, fluttering sensation in his chest that he had yet to put words to and a stupid grin on his face when he wasn’t being careful. And he was presently being exceptionally careful. These nations were allies, technically, but their elite—his guests—bared their teeth at one another more than they did smile. If they made it through the night without any bloodshed at this anniversary of the peace, that alone would be worth celebrating.
Summary
'Changing is hard. For most of us, it happens little by little in in the smallest moments and we don’t notice it, we don’t choose it. But looking yourself in the face and deciding to be different – that is hard. You are unpicking threads of who you are that were put in place more than a century ago.'
(A collection of Essek-centric oneshots, following a hypothetical redemption journey post-Episode 97. Features Shadowgast and Essek's platonic relationships with the Nein. The fics are arranged in rough chronological order and are loosely interconnected, but they can all be read individually. This series was written during the 2020 hiatus, so is not canon compliant beyond episode 100.)
Summary
It starts when Rey is preparing to leave. Or, more accurately, when she gives Poe a list he likes to think of as ‘The Care and Feeding of Finn”.
“He doesn’t know much about the universe, and he hates it when people laugh at him for what he doesn’t know. He likes trying new foods - they always gave him the same thing in the First Order, so don’t feed him numian cream sauce, he hates it. He likes feeling useful, or at least wanted. Oh, and he likes to hold hands when he’s scared.”
(Or - Poe holds Finn's hand. A lot.)
“But I don’t even know if I like her,” she says plaintively. “I just–think she’s really cool and pretty, and want her to think I’m cool and pretty, and want to spend time with her all the time, and–”
"Yeah, that's liking someone. Look, I’m about as far as you can get from an expert,” Finn says gently, “but maybe just go for it. That’s what I did, and it paid off pretty well.”
Rey groans and flops back onto the grass. “All right,” she says, “but consider this as an alternate option: I don’t say anything about it to Jess, ever, and then one day I die.”
