Talks directly to him. “Yes you, stop screaming, it’s only me- stop leaving your dirty clothes lying about! Don’t you know how much bacteria can generate from just a single smelly sock? Captain is quite particular about such things, as you good and well know-!”
“...Ikkaku,” Law mutters, while the voice abruptly drops in volume a second time - they can still hear the echo of it, elsewhere, presumably continuing to fuss at Shachi, but it’s no longer talking in two places at once. “Our ship talks.”
